Our Story
Waterview Primary is a vibrant multi-cultural school in Central West, Auckland. We cater for children from age five to eleven years, and offer a variety of cultural and sporting opportunities for the students. Our dedicated and highly skilled teachers pride themselves in teaching the basics of literacy and numeracy to a high standard.
At Waterview Primary we believe that education is a life long process which is a shared partnership between school and home. Parents are welcome at Waterview Primary and are encouraged to participate in any way they can. We recognise the skills parents have to offer and the benefits they bring a school community. We offer parents as many opportunities to learn about their children's learning as possible.
As a PB4L school we implement Positive Behaviour for Learning initiatives to improve children’s wellbeing and increase educational achievement. By strengthening relationships and creating a more positive school environment we remove barriers to engagement and improve students’ chances to achieve at school and beyond.
